1. Cut your shape in felt and stab-stitch it down, then start at one end. Bring a double waxed thread up close beside the felt. Thread on a piece of purl and hold it across the shape to mark where it touches the cloth on the far side. Tips and common mistakesПоради й типові помилки

• Leaving gaps between purls: felt shows through, and it looks like a mistake rather than a texture. Press them together with a mellor.Просвіти між відрізками: видно фетр, і це виглядає як помилка, а не фактура. Притискайте їх стекою.
