How to do surface honeycombЯк вишивати поверхневі стільники
Like honeycomb, but the thread travels on top: a level stitch into a new pleat, then a slant down or up to the next line through the same pleat. Work it in 11 passes: bring the needle up at each odd number and down at the even number after it.

Tips and common mistakesПоради й типові помилки
- Taking a new pleat on a slant: it is then a wave, with a different shape and less stretch. The slant stays in the pleat you are on.Нова складка на скосі: тоді це вже хвиля, інша за формою й менш еластична. Скіс лишається в тій складці, де ви є.
- Pulling hard on the slants: the lines draw together and the diamonds close. Let them stand open.Сильний натяг на скосах: лінії зближуються, і ромби закриваються. Хай вони лишаються відкритими.
