How to do dot stitchЯк вишивати стібок-крапку
Two back stitches worked in the very same holes, so the thread stands up as a small firm dot, with a tiny gap before the next. Work it in 8 passes: bring the needle up at each odd number and down at the even number after it.

Tips and common mistakesПоради й типові помилки
- Gaps as long as the dots: the line falls apart into crumbs. Keep the gap much smaller than the stitch.Проміжки такі ж, як крапки: лінія розсипається на крихти. Проміжок має бути значно меншим за стібок.
